Three countries and three children later, here we are blessed to celebrate 7 years together. Steve had some hand-picked (from our yard) flowers waiting for me when I woke up. He also had our wedding video put on DVD. Very sweet. After work he brought me these lovely roses.
Over the weekend we had two families over who have also had the blessed privilege of welcoming Kazakh-born children into their families. It was our first time to meet the Sapps kiddos who arrived in country in December. They also got to meet the Mitchells for the first time who are headed soon to India to live!
Anyways, since it was Lainey's bday weekend, we decided to make it her birthday party as well. The kids had a blast playing in water. The other highlights of the evening were the cake and a pinata.
We got Lainey this rolling backpack for her birthday, that you can see she is really enjoying using/playing with...
Emilyn was the only smart one and hung out inside in the a/c...this photo is post-party...look at that dimple and those chubby little baby thighs--gotta love 'em!

I am so glad you BLOG!...and I like the fact that I can save the pictures to my computer from that site...Everyone looks like they had a GREAT time!
Happy Anniversary! What a difference a few years can make - 3 children, and us, two... We had a great time! We are looking forward to doing it agaian sometime soon!
