This morning we were all ready to go to a Mom and preschoolers group--I had everything together BUT suddenly realized my driver's license was not where I thought I had it last. Yikes. So rushing around the house searching for it, with little ones underfoot asking questions that were surely important to them, but low on my priority list at the moment--I was showing some frustration. It lasted into the car where I illegally drove to the group with a plan to stop by and get a new license on the way home.
In the midst of my frustration, Jaci says matter-of-factly from the backseat something to the effect of, "But Mommy, we just love you!" At which point I of course expressed my love for them and apologized for my poor attitude.
