Farm Visit, Saturday. April 18th

We are studying farm animals for the next few weeks in school, and so we decided to take a family field trip to a local farm. Our good friends were kind enough to take time out of their farm-keeping day to show us around and let everyone feed, hold and pet the animals. Jaci had a high fever and wasn't feeling well. She 'miraculously' got better enough to go to the farm. Then collapsed in her carseat asleep on the way home.
The girls fed baby goats milk in a bottle, sheep their feed, chickens (including finding their eggs), fed a pig, a pony, and held a baby rabbit. Dogs got affection and returned it and cows and horses got ogled at.
Thank you Ann, Brogan and Keagan for showing us the joys of farm life in one Saturday afternoon.

Aunt Betty says....oh what fun!! That's quite a farm your friends have, with all those animals.

Thank you for sharing!
